Come together with other directors and the SACCN Provider Services Team to discuss the particulars that OCFS has laid out for us regarding the topics of serious injury, incidents, and conditions.

Working within the group we will provide the definitions of each; serious, injury, incident, and condition. How to put preventative measures in place before they happen and discuss what is required from you if they occur.

This workshop will cover the following OCFS Training Topic Areas:
(3) child day care program development
(4) safety and security procedures
(7) statutes and regulations pertaining to child day care

Serious Incident: What are they? How do we Prevent them? What do we do when they happen?
