Indoor and outdoor air quality plays a critical role in children’s health, learning, and behavior. This session examines common sources of air pollution in and around child care settings and provides strategies to improve ventilation, reduce airborne contaminants, and support healthier breathing for children and staff. Participants will leave with actionable steps to create cleaner, safer air in their programs year-round.
Join SACCN’s Sue K. to learn about how you can implement Eco-Healthy child care strategies and practices into your child care program. Participants will receive a digital Hygrometer and a UV Blocking Outdoor Canopy to support implementation at each session. Participants who attend all sessions will be put into a raffle to win the ECO-HEALTHY CHILD CARE GRAND PRIZE.
