Join beloved trainer Pam as she returns to guide providers through the world of open-ended processing art for young children. In this engaging session, you’ll experience a hands-on processing art activity and gain practical insights to bring this creative approach to your program. Plus, you’ll leave with art supplies to help implement your newfound skills with the children in your care. This session will cover OCFS training topic areas (1) principles of childhood development, focusing on the developmental stages of the age groups for which the program provides care and (10) adverse childhood experiences, focused on understanding trauma and on nurturing resiliency.
